Not on any paid plan - you connect your own Stripe or Square account, stay the merchant of record, and keep 100% of your rental revenue for one simple monthly fee. If you'd rather start free, there's an optional commission plan: no monthly fee, and we take a small, capped percentage of your online rentals until you switch to a subscription (penalty-free). How does the free commission plan work?
Start with no monthly fee. We take a small percentage of your online rental revenue - capped each month at the price of that plan's subscription, so you never pay more than subscribing. Important: the commission plan does NOT include the 30-day free trial (that's only on the monthly/annual plans) - the percentage applies from your very first paid rental, as soon as you've connected Stripe. When your rentals are steady, switch to a normal monthly or annual plan and we stop taking a percentage, with no loss of features. It's Stripe-only, and it only ever applies to actual online rental payments - never your deposits.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. You don't enter a credit card to start, so when the trial ends we simply ask you to pick a plan to keep your site live - there's no surprise bill. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
